After over 12 months development, an exciting new vehicle was unveiled in Sydney, Australia. Developed for open hill climb racing,
the vehicle is a ex-F3 Dallara Carbon Monocoque chassis, fitted with a fully stressed 2400cc Synergy V8 engine. The installation is extremely compact, and allowed almost a direct retrofit of the previous F3 4 Cylinder engine, with existing bellhousing and related parts. The car has also undergone an extensive aero package and wheel / tire conversion and will be a real contender in the upcoming Australian Hill Climb events, competing against vehicles such as Gould Specials and ex F3000 machines.
The stressed engine installation is now available as an option for similar conversions, and offers a real alternative to owners of existing single-make engine cars to convert to running in open competition.
